Terms of Service

By accessing or using ServiceFlow you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

ServiceFlow is an online booking management platform for trade businesses. It lets you publish a booking page, manage appointments, set your availability, and keep a record of your customers. We may update or improve features from time to time.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and ensure that the business details and services you publish are lawful and not misleading.

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Plans are month-to-month and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

You must not use ServiceFlow to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send spam, upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

ServiceFlow is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of bookings or data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
