Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 June 2026
ServiceFlow ("we", "us") provides an online booking platform for UK trade businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
What data we collect
When a customer makes a booking we collect the name, email address and phone number entered into the booking form, along with the service requested and any notes provided. From business owners who sign up to ServiceFlow we collect account details (name, email), business information (trading name, services, working hours, pricing) and the booking records created through the platform.
How we use it
We use this data to provide the booking service: confirming and managing appointments, sending booking confirmations and reminders, displaying business booking pages, and handling billing for ServiceFlow subscriptions. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data storage
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) hosted within the EU. We apply access controls and encryption in transit to keep your information secure, and we retain it only for as long as needed to provide the service or meet our legal obligations.
Third parties
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service:
- Stripe — processes subscription payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- Resend — sends transactional email such as booking confirmations and account notifications.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to obtain a portable copy of your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month.
